PLEASE NOTE: THIS WEB FORM IS INTENDED FOR USE BY IEEE VOLUNTEERS ONLY

The current electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) system has been designed to be used by IEEE volunteers who already have developed and are using an online author-manuscript submission system. Please fill out this form to register your interest in using the eCF for your conference proceedings or journal. After submitting the form, you will be contacted by the IEEE IPR Office with information about how to provide access to the eCF for your authors.

If you do not have such a manuscript submission program currently available to your authors, the eCF system cannot be offered at this time.
